Cant say that I do a low carb diet - ice cream is a great calmer, but exercise is a must to let the stress go. So I either walk if the weather is decent or use my rowing machine while I listen to an audiobook other days. Listening to Mudlark right now, non fiction written by a London mudlarker.

900 watt amp feeds 10 speakers in cab, 6 front, 4 rear, a 200 watt amp feeds 10" sub woofer in trunk. Kenwood receiver with bluetooth, I stream my playlists from LiveXLive, formerly Slacker radio, I currently have 80 playlists.

Only dam anxiety is dealing with human beings that seem to be non human, even before virus I’ve never seen such demoralized humans, no energy, lost there best friend, robots that lost there way, so it’s aweful people r simply lost and confused

Since the pandemic is still not solved. I know some people are having anxiety. The thing is, How do you deal with your anxiety during these pandemic days? Can you share it here?

This "pandemic" hasn't effected me at all, certainly not anxiety wise. I live all alone in a rural area, and I've been this alone for over 15 years. My main human contact is a quick 15 second exchange with a store clerk, or a couple howdy do's Sunday morning at church. No phone calls from friends, relatives or even daughter, no visits either. Do I have anexiety, no! Lonely at times but never to where I don't know how to go on. I don't stay cooped up, watch news or body counts. If I'm anxious it's because I dwelled on something too long that wasn't according to my yearnings. Yearning something doesn't make it happen except through prayer. Life is normal for me, no worries (anxieties).

Anxiety? Why? I still do not understand the hype from the press and politicians. There have been several diseases over the past several decades that were supposed to kill a significant percentage of humanity. What is different about this one? Swine flu, SARS, West Nile, MERS, MERSA, AIDS, and several others were supposed to be disastrous for the entire planet. Plus we still have polio, tuberculosis, malaria, several varieties of influenza, and dozens of other diseases still prevalent in the world.

Time for more coffee.
