Always plenty to do. With plenty to do (That never gets completed) , there's little time or reason to be anxious. Being anxious changes nothing as far as getting anything done.

Always projects waiting.
Or , just go for a ride on one of the old tractors....I'm easily amused.

A human virus is making it's rounds. I'm not licking doorknobs or shopping cart handles.
While aware of it and taking reasonable precautions....Life goes on for those not suffering from it.
What is the future after todays work? What is your future planning? Don't let a virus stop your productivity today , or your future planning.
Adapt where needed.

That's sort of what I've been doing too! I started 2020 doing 25 push-ups at once, then 35, then 50, and so on and now I'm at 100 in two minutes. I've been doing off and on pullups and sit ups as well, but mostly I've been lifting 50 lb. sacks of corn for deer hunting, so I've progressed well in my muscle building. :)

Keep it up, it is a whole lot easier when your young, lifting weights was a lot easier for me 50 years ago than it is now. It is my own fault though, I am making it harder on myself by pushing so much weight for my age. I went through an exercise kick in my late 30s, took up Taekwondo and worked out for 8 years 3 to 4 times a week usually twice a day, even got my 2nd degree black belt. I fought full contact twice a week in the gym with pads, we did three 3 min rounds.
