Hooray for White's

Ordered this part from White's and it was missing one rubber washer. I E-Mailed the and they sent me the entire part I ordered free of cost encluding both washers this time. Thank You White's. This part holds the search head in place yet with the washers in place prevents it from moving too much but am able to swivel it as needed.

Very cool! Just what I like to hear...
I may have to soon order a new upper rod for mine, so I'm glad that they're good at taking care of White's owners.
