Hello everybody, just so you can understand my frustration, i sent an email to keene over three times over the last month and still haven't had a reply

this is the email,

I purchased a p90gh pump from you in 2002. The pump has now lost suction and after investigation i have found that the aluminium impeller in the pump has become damaged. Can you email me how much a new one will cost and the postage to Glasgow, Scotland, UK.

Is this the service i should expect or should i just believe keene hate Scottish SGD.

I doubt that is the case. Send me the email and I will forward it to Keene Eng. myself. Include your full address too in case they want to send you the impeller free.

why not contact the manufacturer direct?
see if you can get a impeller thats harder , cast iron or stainless
