Well I've got relatives all over Europe and I needed a login nickname for a PC my father thought Eu_citizen would be good...Though he spelled it wrong, so I got Eu_citzen.

Cheers,
Eu

Mine was given to me while in the military. It actually started out as "Hawkeye". But too many conections to the MASH TV show. While in a "particular" course for training I shot a perfect score and my instructor gave it to me. He knew me when we were in basic training together where I got the nickname Hawkeye. And now, you know the rest of the story.

One time a friend asked how old I was when I started chasing Spanish stuff.
When I told him he said "You are an old dog".
It kind of stuck and has been a nickname now for a long time.

More than 35 years now and still having fun.

Well, I was playing video games one day and needed a name. Hellcat (if ye don't know) is an olde timey way of saying 'volatile woman with firey temper'. Seemed good for the 'man-dominated' video game world . It's just stuck ever since :p

I got really interested in watching The World Poker Tour on cable, and noticed that many times the person with the "shortstack" of chips would make a comeback and win a tournament. You often hear the phrase, "All it takes is a chip and a chair" to win it all. Ergo--Shortstack.
