Interesting. But I would still only present something like that, upon request. Because to go up to a total stranger with some type of printout of laws, codes, etc... will NOT bode you well on getting yourself onto their lawn or property. It will only put them in a mindset of "something's wrong, and I'm being asked to look at legal jargon". Your best bet is to keep it casual, with nothing but a handshake, smile, etc.... If they ask for something more (like something in writing), or inquiring about rules and laws, only then would a person need to progress to such printouts. JHMO

The more CYA you have on paper, the more potential circumstances will be missed, and the less chance anyone will have to base a legal claim.

A smile and handshake goes a long way. (Hell, thats how I met Cristina ;D)

Hey, and if the owner is wormy about lettin anyone on his property...you gotta learn to walk away regardless of the potential discoveries.
