My guess is sandstone that bump is some sort of trace fossil, an imprint in the ground, maybe from a burrowing creature or maybe something stepped there. Then it filled with the sand that makes up your stone, eventually the original ground material eroded away leaving your stone

cool. what's funny is my foot fits on it perfect. stone sole. you just thought it was a rock. that's for accelerating. haha. thanks for responding
