    Bell-5180 Magnetometer Gaussmeter Teslameter DC-20 kHz

    Hey 99 or anyone with tech. experience, would this find iron at 10 feet or more.

    I think someone ought to build a good low cost mag for the treasurehunter Id sure buy one.
    Some of you guys out there with tech. experience could make some extra income.

    There are several kits out there. I have built two. Carl Morelands gradiometer and the EPE mag/gradiometer. Both work good, but the EPE design incorporates GPS and the ability to log the data.

    Thanks for the advice and the link, they also have a good link on that site http://www.epemag.com/ I especially like this link downloaded thier janurary issue looks like a subscription Im gonna try, would like to build a pulse detector with a large coil.
