    Alluvial gold detection

I recently inherited a few gold claims in Guyana South America. These claims produces gold grain ( dust) and nuggets, which is usually found between black sand and clay. The terrain in very rugged and have 2 rainy season per year, not to mention the depth they have found gold has been up to 50ft.
There is so much machines out there ( metal detectors, GPR, Magnetometers and Soil conductivity sensors. Can any one shed some light on this . Any feed back will be helpful.

    Re: Alluvial gold detection

You have a bear. A magnetometer survey will show you concentrations of magnetite. This will indicate areas of concentrations of heavy minerals. Presumably the gold will be found there also.

To verify a reverse circulation drill would determine the tenor of the gold concentration.

Your best course of action is to try to interest a junior mineral exploration company in Canada to look at your claims. Do some research to locate companies already operating in your area. I presume the country in question has a geological department who could help in that respect.

Hey Skull....Do you home work before you invest your money. Alluvial Gold is all over the place. There are thousands of claims in the USA with alluvial gold that it would cost more to get the gold out than gold that is there. So be careful....Art
