    Yuma area

    Any one hear of any in the yuma area.going there this winter ,also any other good sites in the area

    There was a Japanese POW camp near there during WW2 but that is all the info I have on Yuma.
    Try posting in the Arizona section. You will get more responses there, and from locals that know the area.

    the old ford is north of yuma, was controlled by local natives until after the civil war i believe. that might yield some great finds.
    the old board road is west of yuma in the sand dunes.
