Hello Darryl;

I found, but a single reference, "Cuban Bouquet Carwood's -- Schandein & Lind" The Pharmaceutical Era - 1906 which I think explains the initialed logo.

That lead me to the Perfume Intelligence - The Encyclopaedia of Perfume

1898 SCHANDEIN & LIND PHILA. CUBAN VIOLETS Bottle (04/30/2011)

"Garwood's Violet Water S&L Schandein Lind Victorian Art Nouveau Perfume Bottle
I just purchased this antique Cologne bottle from a local estate here in Central Virginia. The bottle was produced for Schandein & Lind, perfumers based in Philadelphia which claim to have established in 1852 (most likely 1873). S&L were the manufacturers of the popular line of Garwood's Standard Perfumes at the turn of the century (c. 1900) This mold blown bottle is done in a lovely shade of Emerald Green and is embossed "S&L" on the base. " Garwood's Violet Water S&L Schandein Lind Victorian (04/11/2012)...
