Can anyone identify this crystal cookie jar?

This crystal cookie jar belonged to my mother who has given it to me saying "do what you want with it". I haven't a use for it so I was thinking of selling it, but I would like to identify it first. Here is a photo of the jar as well as a photo of what I assume to be a brand on the bottom. I have been thus far unable to identify the marking though. Thanks for any help I am new to this forum, literally just discovered it while trying to figure out what brand this is. I am amazed I never stumbled across it before.

wow... I am surprised, I searched and searched and I could not find anything identical. but that is the exact one... its a shame it doesnt list the brand here though... I guess I could try to message the seller and ask if they know... though I imagine they would have listed it if they knew. Worth a shot I guess

I just found this. I guess this is made by a brand called Crystal Clear Industries which seems to no longer be in business (I can't find them anywhere anyway) and this jar is called the Novelette II and was discontinued in 1988. So this jar is at least 27 years old. Cool. Just thought I would update this for anyone who comes across it later
