I have one similar and when I got it I was thinking pre 1865, but no. There are a bunch of these that do have an open Pontil mark and are hand blown but not very old. :/

Ya tough call on this one. Does not look like the average pontil although it can be hard to tell from just a photo. Looks pretty clean, however if it shows any sign of dirt on the inside it could indicate that it came from the ground thus making it having a better chance of being old. If possible get it looked at maybe at a local bottle show where you can get different opinions. Bottle shows are common in New England and can be found where and when online. Good luck.

yes there are some dirt particles cought inside the glass around the pontile
