My grandmother gave me a large glass pitcher. We've found the pattern by a company called Steiner. It's called Sawtoothed Honeycomb and sometimes chicken wire... and was made around 1904. Some of it had gold highlighting, but the pitcher is just the plain glass, so I'm looking for that kind.

I'd like a piece or two to go with it so we could use it, now and then.

Thanks,
Bill

There was a Steiner Glass....but I think the company that made your pattern was ..... The Steimer Glass Company, c. 1906 (original Mfg name: Steimer's Diamond) and The Union Stopper Company (OMN: Union's Radiant), c. 1906.

Steimer Glass Company of Buckhannon, West Virginia

Will keep an eye out for that pattern when we get abandoned storage units. We have a LOT of glassware and such out of units but that pattern is not one of them at the moment. Keep in touch in case we find any!

Thank you for posting the picture of that pattern.

Is there a website that shows what pieces actually were made in that Pattern? I'm open to anything that would go with the pitcher? My grandmother's pitcher is a more rounded look.

Thanks so much to all of you answering my question!! I'll keep hoping you'all can find something.

Bump,

Just a reminder to look about for this old pattern of my Mom's parents...

It came in "Plain" clear glass, and with the "Saw-tooth marks painted in gold paint, and also with the edges fired in "Ruby Flash" red trim.
