Hello,
Back from Stanton Az, first time prospecting. Found alot
of speck gold, several pickers and few small nuggets on
Weaver claim near LDMA camp. Spent 2 wks there.
Found out you have to dig a lot of dirt to find much gold
and move a lot of rocks......and watch out for the rattlesnakes

Well congradulations on what you did find! I haven't been panning before, but I hope to before the water becomes frigid. I'd be lucky to find one speck at all around here though. But it's all about the hunt I suppose.

We didn't do any panning...dug dirt and ran thru hibanker...then
panned the concentrates.......lot of hard work...think I will
stick to md's .....the ones using them found more nuggets
there.....lots of places to look for gold there and you can buy
membeship on other claims reasonable....we looked for rocks
also and found some agats, apache tears and multi colored
quartz
