    Need Help Please!

My father was involved in gold prospecting years ago. However, i was young and chasing girls was on my mind at that time. I am older now and have kids of my own. I would like to make this a hobby for us. I gathered his things and want to put them to use. Motor (3.5 hp), pump is plastic with a 2" outlet and 2" inlet. I do not have a suction nozzle and i want to make one. I have read about all types. Can anyone tell me how to build a good one? I would like to know how to build a crash box as well. Thanks

what kind of pump is it? it maybe to small/wrong type for a suction nozzel! if pump ok, then maybe for a 2 inch nozzel atbest! you can look over on www.iowagold.com or www.midwestprospector.com for nozzel plans.
