John thats a typical wacoenviromentalist trick that they "tell" the gubermint folks to use to keep the small scale miners to a minimum. polititions use this all the time when haveing a "fireside chat". the last one i was at the Congresswomans representative was suprised that so many people showed up! there were 6 people there. and most of them were against this congresswoman and o!!!!!!
