    Treasure Mate Pin Pointer Test

    Here is the test results I had with the Tesoro Treasure Mate. Both in air and water it was the same distance approxiamately 1 3/8 inch. Is this compatable with others who have the Tesoro treasure Mate.?

    I would be interested in the smallest gold nugget it will detect. I have only ever found one nugget that was the size you tested at - I have found many more that are 1/10 of a gram or less.

    Playing with the ground balance it picked up a .3 gram nugget at 1/2 inch. The smaller gold flakes the pin pointer had to be on them for it to beep.
