There is gold in NJ. I am in S Jersey. There are two locations where I sampled and found gold. The problem... both are on State property!

There is a spot in Sussex County that has a decent amount of gold. Never been there. Looks like a persons property on google earth. Don't know if the owner will let you prospect but I'll give a link to the location if want it.

I found numerous places in NJ looking over soil sample reports. Most people don't know that AU is gold. They probably don't even see the reports.
