Can Someone Build Me a Riffle Tray?

I really, really need to find a riffle tray with built-in vibrator fan. It is for a garage sale found frame and hopper that some have referred to as a classifier. I have attached pics of the full view and detailed measurements. I intend to fabricate a gate at the bottom end of the hopper, but fabricating a full-blown riffle tray w/ vibe-fan, is far beyond my capabilities. Can anyone help?
