initial $140 maintenance
fee; or
(ii) For placer claims, an
initial $140 maintenance fee
for each 20 acres of the
placer claim or portion

File a Maintenance waivier form by Sept. 1, no cost. File an affidavit of labor showing $100 of work done on each claim by Dec. 30 and a $10 fee per claim and you are all done with claim requirements.
