Stopped at a yard sale this morning and picked this up for $2.00. Made of Stainless Steel. For two bucks it may or may not be of any use but it looks like it can. The holes are about 1/8” of an inch. As you turn the handle the blades push down and squeeze the sides. There is a latch on both sides of the crossbar that is spring load, the the center blades can be removed.

Yeah, you use these to make tomato sauce without getting the seeds in it. This one looks like a good quality one. You can get cheapie seasonally at Walmart, but they don't last long.

Lanny, Penster is correct in that it is used to make tomato sauce. I had other ideas but now the wife has seen it... This thing is heavy duty... LOL

AZViper. I keep all my gear out in a shed. I tell my girlfriend that I'm always killing spiders out there. She'll NEVER go in there. consider that thing GONE if the wife has her eye on it. TTC

I'm pretty sure it's a Mouli Food Mill. Used to make Applesauce, baby food, tomato sauce, etc. It retails in upper end cooking utensil stores for around $350!

WTG! That was a score for $2!

The guys are correct. If she finds out it retails for $350, it's hers!
