What causes GOLD precipitation(to form from solution).

I believe CARBON is one, and also read about the PYRITES causes gold to form.

I'm no geologist by far, lots of experience out there, share yours.

gold can drop out do to, a change in the ph, a drop in pressure, and as UncleMatt said temperature changes.
