We did some digging up stream bout 15 miles. Gold got smaller but now we know that our origional spots are the places to be for great gold. Here are some pics of our year so far.

lol yea those falls are gnarly. Im Stickin to my usual spots. This was a great day out hiking and panning with the waife. Took lots of pictures too. Im still hunting for that picker though.

Me too...this year is gonna be different for sure. A picker in my neck of the woods is all I ask for 2014...and to make an easily noticeable improvement over 2013 totals. How are the river levels where you are? We're at or below late summer levels...but all may change next week...so they say.
Just means we need to take advantage of what Mother Nature serves up...before she takes it all back and I can go back to building a suction gun :thumbsup:

Water is two feet higher than needed to get the high concentrations. I'm going out Saturday. Gonna run the sluice this time. Aiming at a one gram day.
