Just checked CA's road status and it says Hwy 39 is still closed. No access to East Fork until I think at least Thursday/Friday.

Last report I read was full containment expected on Wed.
Hwy 39 is still closed ( Current Conditions ) as well as the back route via Glendora Ridge Road

Well piru creek is close, and still open.
Just be prepared to get more lead from bullets then gold.

Seems as though the road to EF is open and the Caltrans site is not up to date. At least thats what I've heard. Hopefully I can get out there this weekend!
