if you have lots of it, crush a peice and pan it off. then heat the rest in a pan with a tourch or over a real hot fire. the silver should pool together.

Not sure. Looks pyritic in some pics.

I'd buy a $5 gold/silver test kit on ebay. Rub the suspected silver on the stone and put a few drops of the silver solution on it. If it turns bright red it's silver. Do a test with a known silver item first so you know what to look for.

if your in colorado you can bring it by my shop and we can xray it and see what metals come up. Looks like a sulfide or a tellurium of some form. with out xray or roast testing its hard to say.
