ahhhh!!!!! So the TRUTH comes out at last!!! All this work on the part of the Sierra Club has only been to get VALID miners out of the water so they could go in and grab all the gold for themselves!

We as miners have been getting the dirty end of the stick from these people for way to long now and it's time that we band together and do something about their lies and thievery of American tax dollars. They want to charge the public to remove mercury, grab the gold and sell it only so they can keep the profits for themselves. In other words, they are trying to get every man, woman and child in our country to pay for their mining efforts with OUR tax dollars!!!

The miners of California need to file a class action suite against the Sierra Club and put them out of business. Well at least the gold mining business! If they do get to dredge FOR MERCURY with the tax payers footing the bill, they should NOT be allowed to keep any gold they find. It should go back to the people that paid for the work to be done in the first place! I'd be willing to wager that if they're not allowed to keep any of the gold they come up with while dredging for Mercury, that they'd be backing out at somewhere near light speed......

Prop 1 water storage bill since passed will give the sierra fund and other enviro groups 1.5 billion to spend on water shed reclamation.

Sierra conservancy gets 100 million
Sierra Fund gets 85 million

All of the conservancy groups get money the one closest to Fresno gets 10 million

And the Sierra Fund wrote the language for the legislators to put on the ballot and get passed as water storage for the state
