It is a closed hearing, with the only redress to send your objections in writing to the office of OAC, under thier timeframe. Why do you constantly speak down to folks who have been actively engaged in the fight for years. Here is the current call for action.http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/g...nov-27-write-letters-state-supreme-court.html . PUT UP OR SHUT UP. Jmho

Oh ok so what you are saying is that no one had enough sense to oppose it in a court and No one used it in a court. Got it!

In other words you let them get away with it!

Im a couple years behind? The amended definition was this year.

A definition is not a regulation.

And the 2008 karak newsletter?

The money is going to Izzy Martin and the Sierra Fund, as well as a large chunk of the new water bond, that they can't seem to be convinced to invest a the third of the billions requested for storeage, and instead funds the radical enviormental groups which of course keep donating to liberal politicans.

Im not going to waste my time commenting on any of the lame comments posted about me above by those who just dont get it but I will enlighten you all!

Have none of you caught on to the fact that the State did not comply with their own laws and proceedures for filing an emergency regulation?

More specifically the emergency regulation to change the definition of a dredge?

Emergency Regulation Process - Office of Administrative Law

CA Codes (gov:11346-11348)

I'll give you one instance. You can figure out the multitude of others.

What constitutes an emergency?
"'Emergency' means a situation that calls for immediate action to avoid serious harm to the public peace, health, safety, or general welfare." (Government Code section 11342.545.) In order for an emergency regulation to be approved, an emergency must be shown to exist.

How can they claim an emergency and serious harm to anything when they haven't completed any of the enviromental studies? You know the studies that must be completed before dredge permits can by made available.

Ok I'll give two examples!

The emergency regulation is good for 180 days. (Assuming there even was an emergency)

In another thread I posted a link to a 2008 karuk tribe newsletter. No one picked up on anything that could be used against them? Really?

Ughhh! Every thread that has anything to do with current mining news I have to wade through your gobbley gook! I don't need to speak legalese to know that my state is filled with corrupt politicians. I'd rather you post actual solutions and ideas about how to STOP this mess and gain our rights back than just parrot political PDF files and brag about how you thwart justice by your incessant nagging in trials you've been involved in! Please for the love of all things gold either use your political super powers to help us instead of post what everyone apparently already is aware of or just keep your nose in your own state's business. :evil5:If you don't my conclusion is that you are just an internet troll intent on breeding disunity.

Please enlighten us all with this amazing sense you have and how you would have thwarted all of California's political prowess and court systems. Obviously you have this whole thing figured out and are just waiting for something to ask you. Why do you care so much about what's going on across the country from you anyway? Shouldn't you be putting all these wits into protecting your own rights in your own area? You're on every thread about CA regulations and laws and all you do is post negative crapola, government links, and tell us how we're all screwed and how no one who is putting up a fight has a chance. Then you proceed to degrade and talk down to people that have lived here their entire lives, and actually have a stake in this fight. If all you're going to do is mock and scoff and question people's sense, make comments about how you're done trying to drum reason into our minds and never make good on that promise, just leave. You're incredibly rude.

If you guys can take a little break from your legal piss for distance contest, there is important work that needs to be done.

The State has petitioned for depublication of the Rinehart decision, this is not good and action needs to be taken right now.
There is a deadline of THIS THURSDAY for responses

Take 15 minutes of your life to fill in a few blanks and print this document 8 times
http://www.goldgold.com/sample-ltr-ca-supreme-court.html

Then put each copy in an envelop and mail it TOMORROW.

After that you can go back to figuring out who is right but right now we all need to pull together. Can we do that?

Bonero is on the right track!

What everyone has not realized is the karuk tribes hatred of miners. Their actions are not really about fish it's about hatred and vengence for what miners did to them in the 1800's.

Search the pdf below for... Gold... And read a few sentences around each hit.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...1cU7Z6xeSRpb6pcqA&sig2=_hl5Nl3khARwOIr8NspFzw

Search for dredge in the 2008 karuk newsletter and read the page. (The link is in the other thread). If you really thought dredging killed fish would you parter with 2.2 million fisherman who surely kill more fish than dredgers? (Not that dredgers kill fish)

In the newsletter they use the word genoside when referring to miners! They hate miners!

A level headed group of miners should meet with the karuk tribe, make peace, be friends and bury the hatchet! It's a whole lot easier and less expensive than dealing with courts and corrupt politicians!

You may be miners but you are not the miners who killed their people in the 1850's!

Based on what you're saying, the Karuk's would prefer to "bury the hatchet"
into a miners skull.

How about you meet with the Karuk tribe and we'll watch?

Thanks for posting those, very illuminating!

PS also funny that they spelled The tribal name wrong once in the second item!

They still have a 150 year grudge? What do they plan on doing now?
yes I guess they do have a 150 year old grudge but then so do the ex-confederate states, the Greeks vs the Turks, the Serbs vs the Albanians, Shiite Muslims vs Sunni...need I go on? Still, it's really good to know what's behind this nonsense!
