Well, didn't have enough pump for the 4" Hydro-Force. Not enough water pressure to draw up material and push it through 20' of hose. So, went to digging and shoveling. Ran about 6-8 5gal buckets. Dirt being about all clay mixed with rock, had to flatten out the hopper and hand massage about all the material. A lot of clay and rock escaped a good washing and went out the hopper. There's more gold than what it looks like in the pics. Should have spread it out in the pan a bit. Will be better prepared for working that soil next time.

Its been down in the 20s for a number of nights. Had to break may way through 50+ feet of 1 inch of ice to set up pump. Now have several yards of material washed from the bedrock to the waters edge and readied for the Hydro-Force and Monster Hog.
