Awwwww... The poor old CBD must be feeling very lonely about now! Not a one of their fellow green groups wrote in and tried to help them out to get the decision DEpublished. Maybe the rest of them are starting to learn that miners are not so stupid as they thought we were! We may be pretty much "Grass Roots" at this stage, but those roots run deep.

Don't think you'll see the Sierra Fund stick their neck out there on this one, seeings how they plan on dredging and all. Personally I think they should get an injunction put on them until this is all ironed out.
Probably won't hear from the Krooks either as they're having casino issues, and probably don't want anyone questioning their EIR's for the build.
I like Oak's theory that the courts cleaning up the backlog from last year.
