the green Oregon State patrol are at it still! My friend Matt M. was on his claim there in Oregon years back and he was filming his claim and some friends and all of a sudden the green state patrol showed up and began complaining about the dredgeing being done there. Matt put his camara down on the dash of his vehical. the state Patroll didn't know he was filming this. and he approached the state guys and started asking questions about what was going on. they said something about the illegal activeity and cited him (the lam owner) and confisgated his dredge and equipment and a court date was set! the county prosecutor knew hwe as from Florida and figured that he wouldn't show up BUT he did .the court postponed his case until the next month court. matt showed up again. again the court postponed his case. moveing it to the next month. Matt showed up a day or two early and went to see the courts agenda and he noticed that his court date was moved up a day early ,and as matt was reading this the County Prosecutor walked out the door and saw Matt. they finnaly dropped his case and then Matt asked about his equipment that was taken they said he would get it back. they figured that he was going broke flying back and forth from Florida. but Matt had his own plane...........Matt never did get his equipment back and its been atleast 15/18 years ago! M.E.G. you probly know whom im referring to!

That is just wrong!! And to jerk him around like that; horrible example of ideology not truth and justice. So sad.
