why is everything set up to advertise Facebook ?

Sorry to be a Downer on your Thread, But unfortunately those who despise facebook get
left out of these and even when someone says they accept both , it is still most likely
the Non Facebook members get ignored when it is time to pull a winner simply because in most cases it's an add to increase facebook member numbers

My kids put me on Facebook. And I do not use it, hate it, and would never go to your Facebook page except by accident.

No offense intended towards you. But as Jeff says, probably a whole lot of people here wouldn't go there.

Trust me......... I get it.
Not all use or like FB.
Some people hate forums too, but we also have a support forum.
71% of ADULTS that are online use FB and the age demographics have really turn toward the 30 - 60+ year olds
and away from the younger users. They now hang on IG, Twitter, SnapChat, etc.
However, we use Facebook because of its wide reach and its demographics.
Selling in 35 countries, it's an important part of our business.

Now I did say PART of our business......... it's a spoke in the wheel.
It is vital that companies use it today, especially if your presence is mostly online.

As an example...
24 hours after posting it reached 26,000 people on FB in many countries.

Personally I only use my personal FB account to keep up with family, kids, etc.
Nothing more.

I don't do Facebook guess I lose but the world losses too!
I was going to suggest a new lays potato chip flavor but
you have to sign up for FB on that contest too.
my new flavor was KFC mmm finger lickin' good.

any more social media like FB is becoming a vital business tool.
