YEE HAW!!!!!! Good news indeed! It's about time the courts put the EPA in its place! This was if nothing else an attempt by them to take over all water in the country. Thank you to the legislators in the states that opposed this move and to the courts for making it nation wide!!!!

Upon further inspection:

“A stay temporarily silences the whirlwind of confusion that springs from uncertainty about the requirements of the new rule and whether they will survive legal testing,” said the majority on a three-judge appeals court panel.

The court said the challengers had demonstrated “a substantial possibility of success” in winning the case. Friday’s ruling did not resolve the legal merits of the regulation but put the EPA’s plans on hold while the case continues.

“The agencies respect the court’s decision to allow for more deliberate consideration of the issues in the case and we look forward to litigating the merits of the Clean Water Rule,” EPA spokeswoman Melissa Harrison said.
