love the "T" shirts! I wish we could see these court issues finnaly get to the Federal level to once and forever be done with this! but the wacoenviromentalists have been dumping tons of $$$$ into the elections of many judges in both state and federal elections and now they want payback in their favor in the courts! sure wish we could find some dirty laundry in these courts to kick them off of the bench and into jail! BUT we need everyone to help to do this and I don't see that happening ANY TIME SOON!

Any Judge that has received campaign funds from an environmental group should automatically be required to step aside on these cases due to the possibility of conflict of interest. If I remember right, a "Not for Profit" is not allowed to make campaign contributions in the first place without loosing their NFP status.

In government, a conflict of interest only occurs when caught.

Ain't that the truth! That's why we need to look up just who contributed to the campaigns and be able to back up any complaints with facts. Campaign contributions are a matter of public record.

judges that receive ANY contributions should be (by law) required to publically declare that contribution and should refuse ANY and ALL contributions that will / might / could / maybe and so on (the words they use against us) cause a conflict of interest and have a NON- BIASED committee review these contributions and publically post if they are in conflict with these judges obligations to enforce the laws as written!
