WASHINGTON (AP) — The Environmental Protection Agency broke the law in a social media campaign intended to generate public support for a controversial rule to protect small streams and wetlands from development and pollution, congressional auditors said Monday.

Unfortunately they are appointed and not elected or throw the bumbs out would be righteous. Jobs for life is their plan hense extend, convalute and jerry rig with duct tape and bubblegum so amazingingly the mines never get finished from their cleanup.
