I haven't been able to get up in the mountains much this year. don't have my own vehicle and looking for a job atm.:sadsmiley:

all the small stuff was found in about 4 hrs of G-dredging. the nugget and small flat one was found in a 4ft deep 2ft wide whirlpool. high and dry.
doing a handstand, waist deep, feet in the air, digging it out with a tin can.

best way I've found to take pics of a small sample is to use an led flashlight. or the sun.

I have a streamlight ultrastinger. these things are literally bullet proof. drop tested from 6 ft on concrete.

Stinger® Series - UltraStinger® | Streamlight
I had it repaired a while ago, and they upgraded it to the led replacement bulb and a much better push button. out of one of their other FLs.

they were probably drooling over this when they got it seeing how beat up and used it is.

so now I have the old style xenon light replaced to an led. best flashlight I've ever used.
