This is one of the few TV shows that I take time to watch.
Those divers work for their pay and it IS a cutthroat business there.
Everyone is looking for the fast buck,,,
But as the old adage goes,,

"You need a fortune to make a fortune"
Which was well proven by Shawn and Steve with that absolutely HUGE cleanout of over 2000 ounces.
Even the small guys are getting some too.

That new barge is so large, I don't see how they are going to get an excavator's bucket to even touch the water.

As for everyone working on Shawn's claim.... if you can't afford to buy your own land, you have to pay to work someone elses. They've been saying for years how worked out and lean the public grounds have become.

It's all scripted with a very predictable story line.

I turn the sound down because I just like to watch the equipment working.

Yeah yeah, Zeke and Emily gunna do it again, Mr. Gold and Daddy puffing and fluffing, little morons stealing from each other, daddy's new baby- over and over again.

I'm looking forward to see how the new barge builds out. (without the scripted family fights)
