was wondering when and where {what streams or creeks} in Colorado you can use a highbanker and if I need a permit where I get one at.

Actual rules vary by time of year in some public panning areas. There's also lots of open ground in between the claims! Feel free to PM me with more specific questions about time of year, parts of the state, etc.
