I've been about 2 months at prospecting and have found flour and pin head sized stuff in creeks and local rivers but would obviously love to find bigger stuff. I'm in the Dayton area and was wondering if anyone knows decent places or especially some exposed bedrock occurrences around Dayton.
Any help or if you all just want to give tips on Ohio gold that would be great too.

Thanks for the reply. I've seen some vids of people getting actual chunky gold from just sticking a shovel into the ground.
I found a concentration of flakes/specks that I've taken around 400 pieces from and probably will hit back up next week but I am jonesing for a picker:)
Thanks again.
