Stumbled across it Sunday morning and binged it all day. Don't worry, no spoilers coming from me.

I had a weak moment and watched it again tonight. I cannot believe that Dustin and Fred are stupid enough to have that much foolish drama on their show. The ending was so scripted that it was laughable with Dustin and the kid carrying on like that. I cannot see this show making it very long.

He is just as big of an idiot as the Hoffmans

    He gets 25K per episode

If he was good he wouldn't live in a dbl wide in the Dakota's and he would have made it already..

If I didn't find it I hope you did.

I just donít like Dustin. Heís an arrogant SOB. That new guy whoís Fredís gf son was just a greenhorn and he was talking mad crap about him. Yes I realize Dustin would have stomped a mud hole in him but the old boy should have at least bottle slapped him

I think the problem is these millennials are use to getting praised for each little thing they do and when they donít get it for ďhard laborĒ they run to their safe space. Welcome to the real world. Whatever it may be this, sales, construction etc... green peas have to earn it first and Iím not talking about just 1 month.

Thatís true but with the hard work everyone deserves a good job sometimes. Itís not just millennials. Iíve seen it in all age groups, but a rookie does deserve a atta boy every now and then. Plus seeing what all he did I think anyone would have been a little worn out

I see your point except from my experience it more in this younger generation of today ( not all, not all, but most), but yes a ďgood jobĒ never hurt anyone. If youíre doing exceptionally well over what your job entails then you should be recognized and I think you will. Hell on a oil rig a roustabout is treat hard and I mean hard but at the end heís as strong as iron and will earn the respect of his peers. It is a great feeling. Being in both I think manual work and office work are to different animals, but respect them both.
