This is because the fight was only "Discovered" by the lack of "Surface management" so that the FS, BLM, and EPA have no record thereof.......LOL.
Plus the "Discovery" was not known until a attack by a mob of 'Clowns' due to the lack of "Surface management" ........LOL.
