Everyone is focused on finding sprockets and chain. Why not use drive wheels?
It would make this easier and cheaper

Hello everyone...looking into starting my trommel build this summer...Does anyone know a good place or website to purchase chain sprockets, support wheels, or the actual trommel barrel from? I've been looking around but haven't been able to find these supplies yet. Thanks

Not sure if my old thread building a trommel if I listed where I got the sprocket. I had the tube rolled. I don't think anyone mention but you can get a 14"x 48" Propane cylinder at Loew's on sale sometimes for $100.00. http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/trommeling/364420-12-inch-trommel-build.html
