I deg almost 15 feet on the ground and i saw a rook under the water surface but its look like a hard cement.
i see a two symbol booth in the corner side and it's look like they same symbol, can you please help me of this symbols?

Looks like It has a hole Sealed with Cement to me



Thinking Outside the box, could it be A hollow Container
Created to look like a rock & Capped ?

I'd crack it Open, If it were Mine.

Of course another Guess would be there was a metal Post there & that was the Cement that was placed at the Base. to prevent it from Falling Over.
Did you run a detector over it ?
