Gold from Liberty WA. Double what I have been able to find on my own in the last few years. Nice work Owen, what is the percentage of silver to gold of what you are finding, Liberty gold has a lot of silver in it usually it is at least 40% silver which makes it darker than Sultan gold which is 98 % gold. In time you will be able to tell where the gold was found by it's color.

How many cubic yards did you run and are you on bedrock, such a fascinating area, ancient river beds and lake beds thousands of ft. above sea level, palm leaf fossils and wire gold too. 16lb. nugget found nearby too. I had fun mining that area and you enjoy this special experience, not many get this chance you are having.

It was definitely a special experience, glad I got it. Met some really nice people too. All of the gold was from dirt on or right above bedrock. Total yardage I don’t know but my guess is that is wasn’t more than 5 yards, maybe less even. We may have run more than that but several days we found almost nothing and the gold is very spotty so even though we may have run a yard or more I that day, most of the gold was probably in a few buckets worth of dirt from cleaning of the bedrock. Some of the material we process is basically tailing that has decent gold sometimes and the other material is virgin which is much less because the digging is so much harder.
