Just wanted to stop by and say hi to everyone while I still have that chance. I see the regulars are still around in Clay, Goodguy, Reed, Kevin, Russ, Terry... Shocked to see the the old GOLD RUSH BEGINS TONIGHT thread is still active. Sure missed getting out and kicking the dirt up but those days are gone I believe. I was in the hospital with a back injury and found out I have a series heart issue. After a number of test and failed procedures my next surgery to correct my heart is to enter my groan in an artery into the heart to map the heart in a 6 hour surgery with the hope to correcting the upper and lower heart chamber to get them in sync. I have one of the best heart surgeon in the USA right here in Tucson Banner Hospital and he is very confident that this procedure will get the heart rhythm back in sync. Its a really bad time to be in the hospital but I have no choice. Keith....

Good to see your name again AzViper! I wandered back a little while ago & was wondering about you. Had a friend who had what sounds like the same procedure & he said it was straightforward & relatively simple. And in his case, very successful! Praying for you!

You sir, I have followed from day one. Icon, teacher...

Freedom is something that dies unless it's used.

Time is like a river. You cannot touch the same water twice, because the flow that has passed will never pass again. Enjoy every moment of your life.

A student said to his master, "You teach me fighting, but you talk about peace. How do you reconcile the two?"
The master replied, "It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than to be a gardener in a war."

Damn Keith..been missing your posts for too long. Even though
the news isn't stellar, it's good to know you're still in the fight.

It's great that you have faith in the surgeon..makes a huge

    Hi Keith,

I just found this thread, hope all is going well.
We are here for you my friend, so keep fighting and never give up.

It may seem bad now but keep a positive attitude and you will be back to chasing gold and building equipment in no time.
Will keep you in my prayers.
