looks like Shannon Poe will have to appeal, but on appeal you can only use whats argued, so nothing can be added.
If he just pays the fine it still sets precedents, so i don't know, He had an Idaho permit,
determined to be open by Idaho with condition's because of a TMDL for sediment/turbidity, set as only migration for salmon, inspected by FS biologists

If he was in a waterway that required certain elements to be adhered to... ignorance of the law is no excuse. I'm not a "tree hugger", but people do make mistakes, and this may well be an unintended one. The bad part of the deal is now the tree huggers want laser sharp focus on all dredgers. Too bad.

I like my salmon smoked.
