backpack dredge

well i have a quick question, 1st i have listed my keene 4inch dredge with all hoses and wetsuit etc to go with it in the classifieds on here,its just too big for me to dredge with and enjoy what im doing,i find good gold with it but getting it where i wanna go and back to the truck is such a hassel its just not worth it to me its listed for $1800,, so heres my question, im thinking of putting together a small 2 inch backpack dredge,all parts hoses and everything except motor and pump will cost me around $550, i have a B&S 3.5 with a pacer pump on my highbanker, it pumps 190gpm ,this motor should be ok to use shouldnt it?? gonna use a suction nozzle setup for shallow water

for what your wanting todo it should work fine. maybe a little heavy.
