Thanks, Gypsy for the interesting article. My wife is from the Oshkosh area. We drive down around Lake Michigan, through Chicago and Milwaukee several times a year to visit her mom, who has lived in the same house for the last 50 years. Next time we go to visit, I'll be taking my MD with me (which I didn't have last time we were there). Guess that's still some distance from the area described, but we have been up to Phillips two summers ago. We spent several days in the summer home of a friend of my wife's mom on a large lake east of town (sorry, don't remember the lake's name). Beautiful country, I really like the wide open spaces and the natural beauty of Wisconsin.
