Ore sample Bags
Does anyone know where to buy individual ore sample bags. I'm looking for 12, 1 gallon or so sized sample bags that are suitable for precise assays and won't "hang" on to any microscopic gold.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Ore sample Bags
Thanks guys, I've looked at those sites but the smallest quantity they sell are boxes of 100..
They are not too expensive so I might have to get a bundle.

Re: Ore sample Bags
If you know of anyone with a ranch/farm,they probably have lot's of empty feed sacks.....or buy those sandbag sacks people use in flooded areas, available at most hardware/home improvement stores.

ore sample bags were usually made of canvas . most saddle shops have a large supply of canvas, and will sew you some bags of any size and quantity you would like . if no saddle shop ,try an upholstery shop.if nothing else cut off some legs of old levi's and sew the one end closed and tie the open end with twine.it will work !

Try army surplus stores, military loves canvas
