Hello goldrock:

A 100T/H sounds like an interesting project, but your questions are to vague, as there is no “One Master Equipment System” that fits all when it comes to extracting gold from (ore) rocks.

For example; What is the host rock, oxide or sulfide? Is the gold associates with any other minerals? Is the gold free-milling or micron? If free-milling, what is the grinding liberation point? If micron, what grind size is needed for proper lixiviation or flotation? If leaching, which solute? If flotation, oxides or sulfides? What is the precious/base metal values in the rock, high or low grade? What is the largest and smallest gold particle? Any penalty metals? Depending on associated minerals, which separation/purification process do you use?

The list seems to go on forever, and you'll need all of them (and many more) answered before you buy the first piece of milling/concentrating equipment. If you're doing a heap leaching operation, a 100 T/H is an easy run. If you're grinding to 400 mesh for a liberation point is much harder and very expensive.

Probably would need a lot more info on what rocks you have before anyone could give you a really helpful answer. And, photos are not always helpful, but greatly appreciated.

Good luck,

John
